Job description: Logistics/ Operations Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Operations Associate. This role involves handling client orders after the sale is completed, ensuring proper documentation, managing dispatch and stock, and staying in touch with clients to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Documentation: Help prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other accounting documents after receiving client orders.

- Product Dispatch: Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure products are packed and dispatched correctly and on time. Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels and inform the team when stock needs to be replenished.

- AMC Follow-ups: Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for clients and follow up to ensure timely renewals.

- Internal Coordination: Work with the service and procurement teams to make sure materials and spare parts are available when needed.

- Client Communication: Send updates to clients regarding their order status, dispatch timelines, and AMC reminders.
