About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MBA (Operations) professional to manage end-to-end operational processes, enhance efficiency, and support overall business performance. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, process understanding, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
• Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Production for seamless operations.
• Maintain MIS reports and dashboards on productivity, efficiency, and performance.
• Assist in planning, forecasting, and budgeting operational requirements.
• Implement process optimization strategies to reduce cost and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor vendor performance, manage procurement activities, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support quality control checks and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Handle documentation, operational audits, and compliance requirements.
• Drive automation or digital transformation initiatives wherever possible.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of operations management concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or project management is an added advantage.

Qualification

• MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / General Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related fields is preferred.

Salary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
