Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and streamline daily operational tasks, ensuring exceptional order processing and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, monitor order statuses, and collaborate with various teams to meet delivery deadlines and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management
Order Processing & Fulfillment: Efficiently handle customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Order Status Tracking: Monitor and update the progress of orders, especially those marked as "in transit."

Returns & Non-Delivery Management
RTO (Return to Origin) Orders: Track and resolve return orders promptly.
NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Handling: Address issues with non-delivery reports and provide timely updates.

Customer Engagement
Customer Communication: Proactively contact customers for order confirmation, follow-ups, and queries to ensure smooth communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Inventory & Delivery
Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate stock levels and address discrepancies.
Delivery Coordination: Work closely with delivery partners to ensure timely and seamless deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.
• A degree in Operations, Business, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or customer service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Skills Required

• Fluent in Hindi & English is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Candidates having e-commerce experience (Shopify) is preferred.
