Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily logistics and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams for dispatch & delivery.
  • Maintain operational documents like LR, POD, invoices, challans, etc.
  • Track shipments and update status in system/Excel.
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer queries.
  • Maintain records of inward/outward goods.
  • Assist in billing, MIS reporting, and basic operational paperwork.
  • Ensure proper communication between branches, clients, and operations team.
  • Follow company SOPs and support overall operational efficiency.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in logistics/transport/operations (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation.
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and responsibility for daily tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
