Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily logistics and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams for dispatch & delivery.
- Maintain operational documents like LR, POD, invoices, challans, etc.
- Track shipments and update status in system/Excel.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer queries.
- Maintain records of inward/outward goods.
- Assist in billing, MIS reporting, and basic operational paperwork.
- Ensure proper communication between branches, clients, and operations team.
- Follow company SOPs and support overall operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in logistics/transport/operations (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Attention to detail and responsibility for daily tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
