Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Must have experience as a FOREX broker in the UAE; experience of at least 3 years in the forex industry is a must. MT5 administration & manager experience is a PLUS. Handle all operation procedures of Meta Trader 5, Responsible for FX products across the spot markets. Responsible for commodity and indices products across the CFDs markets.
· Monitoring competitors’ trading terms, policies, and pricing quality and reconciling clients’ deposits and withdrawals.
· Maintain deal record and P&L daily, trade reconciliation. Settlement investigation and research. Regulatory Reporting, Identify and communicate urgent issues that may have associated P/L and franchise risk. Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution, confirmation and STP & Resolve technical issues in conjunction with application support, and development teams & Provide clients with training and guidance on system functionality and workflow.
· Mastering the company’s products and services effectively, Regularly Report to The Management, Maintaining and updating our CRM & Log all inquiries and track every ticket through to resolution in CRM. Perform specific pre-approved tasks according to the preset Operations Procedure
· Assisting the daily operations of the company and the work of executives (marketing, sales, IT etc.).
· Operational Risk oversight and management Keep up to date with interest rate movements and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
· Gathering Information About Customer Complaints & Developing solutions, negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business & building positive relationships with customers and business associates, Maintaining Relationships with New & Existing Clients & Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Through Professional Communication, Assisting Clients with Queries.
· Handle the tasks assigned by the trading desk & other departments & maximize profit and minimize risk within acceptability through market making, positioning, and trading within approved limits and policies and procedures.
· Execute strategic planning and execution of systems implementations. Achieving Key Performance Indicators, Ability to work as a part of a team, Develop & implement strategy for operational management and development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
· Excellent Communication Skills—Verbal and Written: Communicating with Customers & Sales Representatives & Analyzing Customer Behavior, Writing and Presenting Customer Behavior Reports & Establishing Technical and Operational Standards and Ensuring Adherence to Them for Product Development and Company Operations. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management.
