Operations Manager – Freight Operations (Air & Sea) | Hazardous Cargo Logistics

We are hiring an Operations Manager for a reputed Hazardous Cargo Logistics company specializing in air and sea freight operations for dangerous goods and specialized shipments.

Location: Marol, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 3 years in freight operations
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Education: Graduate (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
Work Hours: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air and sea freight operations for hazardous and specialized cargo
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters
• Handle DG documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with DG, IATA, IMDG, and customs regulations
• Monitor cargo movement and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for smooth execution
• Maintain operational records and MIS reports
• Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective cargo movement

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight operations (Air & Sea)
• Experience in hazardous cargo / dangerous goods logistics preferred
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and compliance
• Experience working with freight forwarders or logistics companies
• Good communication and coordination skills
