Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 10 AM – 6 PM | Sat: 10 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily e-commerce operations including orders, inventory, and customer support

* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries

* Monitor performance metrics and improve operational efficiency

* Work with marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth website performance

* Handle customer escalations and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (Any)

* 1-3 Years Experience in e-commerce operations

* Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, Excel, and inventory/order management systems
