Operation Executive

Be a part of our Operations team and ensure smooth end-to-end freight movement while upholding efficiency, accuracy, and compliance at Rushabh Sealink.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Shipping and Inspection department, ensuring cargo is loaded on planned vessels from various locations and ICDs
• Maintain complete tracking of freights, shipments, and inspection status

 Monitor the daily movement of export/import containers (stued & unstued)
 Ensure compliance with trade-related laws, customs, logistics, and tax regulations

• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams for seamless operations
• Communicate effectively in English across reading, writing, speaking, and listening Requirements

 Strong knowledge of logistics operations, trade terms, and customs processes

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Compensation: Max. ₹30,000 In-hand, to be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
