Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate/Executive to support the seamless delivery of learner and mentor experiences, coordinate learning activities, manage operational tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learner Experience Coordination

• Manage LIVE session logistics and monitor learner engagement
• Track attendance and participation
• Support learner onboarding alongside the Business Development team
• Gather and organise learner feedback
• Foster engagement within the community platform

2. Mentor Experience Support

• Coordinate orientations and training for mentors
• Maintain strong relationships with the mentor community
• Collect feedback and monitor delivery quality and engagement

3. Space & Operations Management

• Support logistics for physical learning spaces and partnerships
• Administer space bookings and coordinate on-ground activities
• Execute session tasks following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

4. Backend & Batch Administration

• Manage batch scheduling and end-to-end coordination
• Work closely with local coordinators across locations
• Ensure smooth session execution and follow-up

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Share operational insights with Curriculum and Product teams to improve delivery quality
• Address issues reported via the Issues Portal within defined timelines

6. Reporting & Task Management

• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for stakeholders
• Maintain task updates in Zoho boards
• Plan and prioritise daily and weekly work agendas

7. Process Improvement & Documentation

• Contribute to enhancements in operational processes
• Support initiatives for automation and updated playbooks

Essential Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, academic coordination, or similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable interacting with learners, mentors, and internal teams

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with task management tools like Zoho (advantageous)
• Interest in design education and learning operations
• Passion for problem-solving and delivering a strong learner experience
