Who We Are Looking For:


We are seeking an Operations Executive (Land Freight) to oversee and coordinate land freight movements, manage day-to-day operational activities, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external transport partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.


What you’ll do:

As a talented Operations Executive (Land Freight) , no two days look the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following duties and responsibilities:


Workflow & Operations Management

  • Manage and coordinate cross-border and domestic land freight movements , ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with transporters, drivers, border agents, consignees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain strong vendor relationships while negotiating competitive rates.
  • Ensure compliance with cross-border transport regulations and manage all required documentation.
  • Optimize transportation costs without compromising service quality.
  • Address operational challenges promptly and provide practical solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate system updates, data entry, and invoicing.
  • Stay informed on border regulations, transit requirements, and clearance processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Track key performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare operational reports and escalate service-related issues to management when necessary.


Operations Reporting

  • Prepare daily operational reports covering services delivered by the operations team.
  • Ensure all services are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Generate timely and accurate operational statements and performance reports as required.


What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Land Freight operations .
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of Hindi or Urdu is required
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
