Operation Executive in HR & MARKEING

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day activities of both the Human Resources and Marketing departments. The ideal candidate will assist in executing HR and marketing strategies, maintaining departmental operations, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs..
• Handle documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and HR reports.
• Address basic employee queries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies

Marketing Operations:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)& Follow ups of leads.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies for marketing materials.
• Help manage social media accounts and track performance analytics.
• Maintain a database of marketing content and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis reports& vistit as and when required for marketing purpose.
• Support in organizing events, webinars, or promotional activities.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and HRMS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dual-role (HR + Marketing) environment
• Certification in HR/Marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.97 - ₹30,000.71 per month
