Operation executive ( Logistics)

Job Title: Operations Executive – Logistics / SCM
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years
Gender Preference: Female (below 30 years)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day logistics operations and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare and manage import/export shipping documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth order execution.
• Manage sales coordination activities including follow-ups, order tracking, and client updates.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of operational queries.
• Maintain MIS reports and update operational records in an organized manner.
• Support the management in achieving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics documentation and sales coordination.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Candidate must be residing in Navi Mumbai (preferred around CBD Belapur).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
