Operation Head

About the Role

The Head of Operations will lead and direct all operational activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Business Administrative Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operation principles .This role requires a combination of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on efficiency and oversees and optimizes a company's daily activities, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality to achieve organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to coordinate various departments and drive productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.

2.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

3.Ensure that operational activities consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, driving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4.Handle complex or escalated customer issues, providing leadership and guidance for resolution.

5.Ensure a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

6.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an operations leadership role (5–10 years preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in business software and tools (ERP systems, project management platforms, etc.).

Note: Candidates with a valid residency visa are highly preferred.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
