Operation Intern - Fresher

Position: Operations Intern
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Duration: 3 Months (Full-time opportunity post internship based on performance)
Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Interns to join our fast-growing startup in Vikhroli West. This internship provides hands-on exposure to operations, coordination, and management, with an opportunity to secure a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) after successful completion.

Ideal Background:

• Education: BBA, BMS, or any other graduate degree.
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant college projects or prior internship experience in operations/management.
• Career Aspiration: Strong interest in taking up management roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Skills: Excellent English communication (both verbal and written), coordination, and interpersonal skills will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage day-to-day operational activities across various departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and process alignment.
• Assist in maintaining reports, documentation, and process improvement activities.
• Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and achieve organizational goals.
