AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead the delivery of comprehensive facilities management services for a major project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing MEP operations, a strong understanding of local regulations, and fluency in Arabic to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Lead and manage the overall operations and maintenance activities across all MEP systems and soft services.

Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.

Manage and supervise technical teams, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Monitor and report on operational performance, KPIs, and SLAs, ensuring continuous improvement.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address operational concerns.

Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for O&M activities.

Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of best practices and new technologies, including CAFM systems.

Bachelor’s Degree in MEP Engineering from a recognized institution.

Valid UPDA Grade A Certificate is mandatory.

Minimum 15 years of experience in an Operation & Maintenance Manager role within the Facilities Management field in the State of Qatar.

Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is required.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven track record in managing large-scale FM operations.

Familiarity with international FM standards and local regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in FM software and reporting tools.

CFM (Certified Facility Manager) certification is preferred.
