Operation & Maintenance & Performance Manager.

We currently provide service to 45.2 million users in 18 countries, managing the complete water cycle, from the collection, purification and treatment of water collected from the natural environment, to its distribution and the collection of used water for its subsequent treatment and return to the environment from which it was obtained in optimal conditions that do not harm the environment.

Supporting water demand, leakage control and None Review Water in the northern area of Saudi

Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify corrective actions and requirements to improve network performance and meet target KPI’s
• Analyze NRW data to reduce technical and commercial water loss
• Establish and maintain reporting systems
• Production of regular reports about water network efficiency and NRW related activities
• NRW global follow up, including monitoring water systems, DMA, AMR and billing systems.
• Work with business units’ managers as global coordinator of the activities needed for an effective NRW reduction.
• Collect and review of data associated with the monitoring of flow, pressure and performance, as well as the accuracy of all production meters from clusters regions.
• Facilitate the achievement of the KPI targets for Continuity of Supply and Non-Revenue Water (NRW) to maintain or further reduce NRW further.
• Experience in IT tools related to the activities: Power BI, DMA monitoring systems.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of proven experience in drinking and sewer networks.
• At least 05 years of proven experience in performance management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• B. SC. Degree in Engineering or equal
• At least 10 years’ experience.
• Read and write fluent English.
