Radiometer Turkey, requires an operations Manager to oversee commercial compliance and efficiency. The role involves managing the order-to-cash (OTC) process, ensuring adherence to regulations, and collaborating with HQ functions to support local commercial operations. Key tasks include managing product allocation, coordinating with OTC teams, and achieving revenue targets.
II. Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management and Stock Audits

Manage Radiometer Turkey’s voice on product allocation and fulfill orders with direct involvement to regional meetings

Monitor stock movements regularly, ensure accuracy, and analyze and report inventory discrepancies to secure the availability of products & instruments and also to avoid any possible overstock situation which may lead to scrapping.

Reconcile physical counts with ERP system records and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.

Define minimum stock levels and ensure timely procurement of critical items.

Cost and Budget Management

Perform cost analysis related to inventory, logistics, and international trade operations

Implement budget planning and cost reduction strategies.

Optimize purchasing and inventory costs through price analysis and supplier negotiations.

Customs and International Trade Management
-
Coordinate with customs brokers for import and export operations.
-
Manage required documentation and processes to ensure full compliance with customs regulations.

Achieve time and cost efficiency in shipping, insurance, and customs clearance processes.

Warehouse Management and Risk Controls

Enforce safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
-
Identify potential risks during stock counts and implement preventive measures.

Ensure stock rotation based on FIFO/FEFO principles.

Sales, Procurement, and Demand Management

Analyze demand forecasts to ensure accurate inventory planning.

Manage dealer and distributor relationships, optimizing order fulfillment processes.

Oversee end-to-end sales and procurement operations, fully integrated with ERP systems.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to improve delivery performance.

Operational Improvement and Process Development

Ensure the efficient functioning of ERP systems specifically LOGO

Develop projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce process bottlenecks.

Ensure full compliance during internal and external audits, and manage reporting processes

Team Leadership

Lead a high-performing Commercial Operations team.

Collaboration

Work with regional functions to share best practices and secure market access.

Project Management:

Oversee ERP deployment and other commercial projects.
III. Requirements
Formal Education:
-
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or similar. Masters preferred.
Competencies/Skills/Experience:
-
8 or more years of relevant experience in POC, IVD, medical industry, or commercial operations/logistics, or an equivalent background.

Leadership skills with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.

Experience with ERP systems (Logo, axapta) and audit processes.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
Native Turkish, fluent in English, and additional regional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of ERP applications specifically LOGO
