A Metal Working Machinery company specializing in modified accessories, custom machinery components, and industrial-grade solutions. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative professional to support our media projects.

Job Description: Random Hands is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure workflow efficiency, manage teams, and support company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to streamline processes within a manufacturing and machinery environment.

This role requires working closely with management, production teams, supply chain units, and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments run smoothly.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory, and workflow in coordination with technical teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and material planning.
  • Lead, train, and supervise operational staff to meet performance targets.
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure safety compliance across operations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operations reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate between departments (HR, Production, Marketing, Accounts) for better communication.
  • Address operational issues promptly and implement long-term solutions.
  • Support automation processes and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, production planning, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in operations, production management, supply chain, or related fields.
