Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline operations across Drone manufacturing, Sales support, and Service delivery. The role ensures efficient production, timely order fulfillment, high service quality, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operations while supporting business growth in the drone and UAV sector.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace, Robotics) or Operations Management.
• MBA / PG Diploma in Operations or Supply Chain is a plus.

Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in operations management.
• Prior experience in drone manufacturing, electronics, robotics, aerospace, or high-tech hardware industries preferred.
• Experience managing both manufacturing and service operations is highly desirable.

Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of UAV systems, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of DGCA regulations, UAS compliance, and documentation.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, vendor development, and inventory control.
• Exposure to ERP / MIS systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ISO, or similar quality systems.
• Knowledge of after-sales service, AMCs, and customer support models.
• Experience supporting government or enterprise drone projects.
• Ability to manage multi-location operations.
