Operation Manager

*Major Tasks:

• Manage full factory operations including production, logistics, warehouse, and distribution.
• Improve operational workflow, cost control, and overall factory performance.
• Ensure coordination between departments and smooth operational continuity.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance systems.

*Required Experience:

• Strong experience in industrial operations management and operational planning.
• Experience in manpower management, workflow systems, and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage supply chain coordination, fleet operations, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Candidates with GCC industrial manufacturing experience will be highly preferred.

*General Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 6-8 Years Experience Required.
• Strong leadership, reporting, communication, and team management skills.
• ERP knowledge (Dynamics 365 / SAP) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure within industrial manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English communication preferred.
• Local hiring only – Transferable Kuwait Visa 18 is mandatory.
