As an Assistant F&B Manager, you will support the Food & Beverage leadership team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining the highest service standards across all dining outlets. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to grow within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered to guests
• Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve excellence
• Monitor quality control, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
• Support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of service standards, operations, and guest engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
