As an Assistant F&B Manager, you will support the Food & Beverage leadership team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining the highest service standards across all dining outlets. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to grow within a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the overall F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered to guests
- Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve excellence
- Monitor quality control, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Support budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of service standards, operations, and guest engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
