We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, strong financial performance, and efficient daily operations while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance)
- Lead, train, and manage all hotel staff
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Monitor occupancy rates and revenue growth
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize bookings
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of hotel management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven financial and operational management experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent customer service mindset
- English required; additional languages are an advantage
Pay: From BD2,200.000 per month
