Hotel General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, strong financial performance, and efficient daily operations while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance)
  • Lead, train, and manage all hotel staff
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
  • Monitor occupancy rates and revenue growth
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize bookings
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and quality standards
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of hotel management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven financial and operational management experience
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • English required; additional languages are an advantage

Pay: From BD2,200.000 per month
