Operation Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of 3 companies under our group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall operations across 3 business units
• Ensure smooth day-to-day business activities and workflow efficiency
• Monitor staff performance and maintain operational discipline
• Coordinate between HR, finance, and department heads
• Implement company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Improve productivity, service quality, and cost control
• Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions
• Prepare reports and updates for top management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple business operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in F&B / hospitality / retail sector preferred
• UAE experience is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
