Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager – BTL to plan, execute, and monitor on-ground marketing activities including retail promotions, sampling campaigns, merchandising, brand activations, and small events. The role requires strong coordination with clients, promoters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as in-store promotions, sampling, roadshows, kiosks, and mall activations
  • Manage end-to-end operations: manpower, logistics, permissions, and timelines
  • Recruit, train, deploy, and supervise promoters, supervisors, and field teams
  • Manage vendor sourcing, fabrication, branding materials, and logistics
  • Ensure brand guideline compliance at all activation points
  • Monitor daily activity reports, sales conversions, sampling data, and promoter attendance
  • Handle budget control, expense tracking, and cost optimization
  • Resolve on-ground issues in real time and ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate with accounts team for invoicing, PO closure, and payments
  • Prepare post-campaign reports, photo documentation, and performance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong experience in BTL, retail marketing, or activation agencies
  • Excellent vendor and manpower management skills
  • Strong command over Excel, PPT reporting formats, and MIS
  • Willingness to travel extensively and manage multiple cities
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good communication in English + regional language

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
