Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager (Chinese Speaker) based in Cairo. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operational activities, ensure efficient processes, and uphold quality service standards. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflow, coordinating with various departments, and implementing operational strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on operational metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall productivity and service quality.

• Experience in operations management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the EdTech industry is a plus
