Operation Manager - Cloud Sale

Kuala, India

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage OEM/distributor portals, maintain CRM data accuracy, and coordinate backend operations. This role will serve as a bridge between sales, purchase, legal, and finance teams, ensuring seamless execution of proposals, contracts, certifications, renewals, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OEM and distributor portals for smooth order processing, claims, and reporting.
  • Maintain, update, and analyze CRM data to support sales and management decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Purchase, Legal, Finance) to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
  • Handle backend claims management, contract renewals, and certification processes.
  • Prepare, track, and follow up on proposals, agreements, and vendor documentation.
  • Assist in organizing product/vendor training and ensure timely renewals of certifications.
  • Support reporting and MIS requirements for management reviews.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Vendor Management, or Business Coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • CLOUD SERVICES: 2 years (Required)
  • BDM: 4 years (Required)
