We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage OEM/distributor portals, maintain CRM data accuracy, and coordinate backend operations. This role will serve as a bridge between sales, purchase, legal, and finance teams, ensuring seamless execution of proposals, contracts, certifications, renewals, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage OEM and distributor portals for smooth order processing, claims, and reporting.
- Maintain, update, and analyze CRM data to support sales and management decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Purchase, Legal, Finance) to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
- Handle backend claims management, contract renewals, and certification processes.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on proposals, agreements, and vendor documentation.
- Assist in organizing product/vendor training and ensure timely renewals of certifications.
- Support reporting and MIS requirements for management reviews.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Vendor Management, or Business Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving mindset.
