Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Records and Information Management team.

In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will be fully responsible for leading a critical, large-scale, long-term Records Management, Archiving, and Know Your Customer (KYC) project for a major banking client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational excellence, managing project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across the entire operation.


What You'll Do

In this role, you will:


  • Lead and develop a large team of over 80 employees, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability to ensure project success and continuous service delivery.
  • Collaborate as the primary liaison with the banking client, building a strong relationship and providing strategic updates on project progress and performance to drive mutual outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs), organizational standards, and confidentiality requirements across all Records Management, Archiving, and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.


What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
  • Proven ability in managing and leading large teams (80+ employees) in a demanding, high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Records Management and Archiving principles to effectively oversee daily operations and strategy implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively interface with the client and internal teams.
