Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of the organization, including production, procurement, logistics, and project execution. The role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and coordination among departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor overall plant and site operations to meet company goals.
• Coordinate between design, production, purchase, and project teams for seamless workflow.
• Oversee material planning, inventory control, and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise team performance and provide leadership, training, and motivation.
• Handle client coordination for project execution and delivery updates.
• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of PEB / fabrication / steel industry operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production planning tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,063.47 - ₹58,069.72 per month
