Job Overview

A leading property development and real estate company in Karachi is looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the complete operational lifecycle of its current and upcoming development projects.

The ideal candidate must have 7–10 years of proven experience in real estate or construction operations, with strong expertise in project management, process improvement, and cross-departmental coordination. This role requires a performance-driven professional capable of ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely project delivery from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operational Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple real estate development projects.
  • Coordinate closely with design, construction, sales, marketing, finance, and procurement teams.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop and implement operational systems, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Evaluate project performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective action.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and internal quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relations, procurement activities, and supply chain operations for cost-effective project delivery.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Support sales and marketing during project launches, events, and exhibitions.
  • Oversee operational readiness for new project rollouts, including documentation and client coordination.
  • Review client feedback and market insights to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Administration

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Establish and enforce internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Supervise HR, administrative, and logistics functions within daily operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and organize training programs to enhance team productivity.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare detailed operational, financial, and performance reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Present operational updates, risk assessments, and improvement plans to senior leadership.

Key RequirementsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 7–10 years of strong experience in property development, construction, or real estate operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of project management, budgeting, documentation, and real estate operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and process optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
