Role Summary
The Operations cum Marketing Executive will play a dual role in managing smooth day-to-day operations of the centre while actively engaging in referral marketing activities. The role requires strong communication skills, field coordination, problem-solving ability, and a passion for healthcare service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Responsibilities
- Support daily functioning of the centre with the Operations Manager.
- Ensure efficient workflow at reception, assessment, OP, diagnostics, pharmacy, and floor.
- Handle patient queries, escalations, and service recovery professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, duty allocation, and performance.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with centre protocols, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing inventories (stationary, pharmacy, consumables, equipment status).
- Support HR in onboarding, training new staff, maintaining documents, etc.
- Prepare daily operational reports and assist in audit readiness.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Conduct referral marketing visits to clinics, hospitals, schools, and community centres.
- Promote the centre’s services, specialty clinics, camps, and health packages.
- Build strong relationships with paediatricians, GPs, gynaecologists, and other referral partners.
- Maintain a referral database and track visit reports systematically.
- Support planning and execution of health camps, school programs, and awareness events.
- Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials, brochures, and creatives.
- Assist in social media activities and patient engagement campaigns (if required).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or healthcare marketing preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication & field interest may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, presentable, and patient-centric approach.
- Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp reporting, CRM/HMS familiarity preferred).
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (for marketing visits).
