Basic Function
Operation PA STRIKE is a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) consisting of employees from the PA Office of Attorney General (OAG), Salvation Army-New Day, Salvation Army-LIGHT, and Justice at Work. The Howard G. Buffett Foundation (HGBF) has provided a five year grant to fund Operation PA STRIKE, and this position will be funded by the grant.
The Operation PA STRIKE Victim Services Administrator serves as the primary point of contact at the PA Office of Attorney General for all victim/survivor interactions throughout the state and will ensure that all interactions are trauma-informed and victim-centered. The Victim Services Administrator will collaborate statewide with MDT partners to ensure that all victims/survivors encountered by PA OAG are connected to service providers immediately, regardless of whether they wish to cooperate with law enforcement. This position will also be responsible for furthering and building relationships with MDT partners throughout the state as well as nongovernment organizations (NGOs) and nonprofit organizations working in the anti-trafficking space. This position requires a high degree of initiative and independence and works under the supervision of the Chief Deputy Attorney General of the Human Trafficking Section.
