We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Checking customer documents in activation processes and ensuring activations
• Following up document management and digital archive processes, sending customer documents to digital archive and ensuring control with system reports.
• Supporting customer insights tracking, analysis and reporting processes.
• Controlling workflows in courier operations, making month-end transaction reconciliations
• Assigning customer requests to field teams and reporting

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with customer operations or field teams in previous companies
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• Experienced in using MS Office applications effectively, especially Excel reporting
• Experienced in using CRM and Operations Management Systems.
• Able to adapt to intense and dynamic work tempo
• Strong time management, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• High verbal and written communication skills and prone to teamwork
• Strong job tracking, able to take responsibility and complete processes on time
