Job Overview
Emirates Talent Solution is looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Operation Sales Manager with 7–10 years of demonstrated experience in property development and real estate sales. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, implement business development strategies, manage key client accounts, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operational teams.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence across all sales functions within Dubai’s competitive real estate landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming property development projects.
- Identify, engage, and onboard investors, high-net-worth clients, and brokerage partners.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to set, review, and achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Operational Oversight & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, finance, and client services.
- Oversee contract preparation, documentation, and CRM updates with 100% accuracy.
- Implement and monitor compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and internal SOPs.
Marketing & Promotional Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and property events.
- Review and refine marketing materials and project presentations to match brand standards.
- Participate in site visits, client tours, and engagement activities to increase conversions.
Client Relationship Management & Negotiation
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contract finalization to ensure profitability.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team to ensure high productivity and professional conduct.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with insight-driven recommendations.
- Develop incentive programs and training sessions to improve team performance and morale.
Key RequirementsQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in real estate or sales management are preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in property development, real estate sales, or sales operations.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing mid- to large-sized teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and property development processes.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
