Client and Case Management

• Eligibility Assessment: Evaluating potential applicants' profiles (e.g., educational qualifications, salary, investment criteria) to determine their suitability for the Golden Visa program.
• Documentation: Guiding clients on required documentation, ensuring all papers are correct, attested, and complete to prevent delays or rejection.
• Personalized Guidance: Developing tailored case strategies and timelines based on each client's unique legal and travel profile.
• Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact, providing updates, and ensuring a seamless, client-focused experience throughout the process.

Processing and Compliance

• Application Management: Managing the entire application cycle, including initial submission, status regularization, medical fitness tests, and final visa issuance through official channels.
• Liaison with Authorities: Coordinating and building relationships with UAE government entities such as the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) to expedite cases.
• Compliance: Ensuring all applications adhere strictly to the latest UAE immigration laws and regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and solving bottlenecks or issues in the application process to minimize lead times and ensure high approval rates.

Operational Support

• Process Improvement: Leading internal initiatives to enhance processing efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate client records, both physical and digital.
• Work Permit Coordination: Advising employers and visa holders on obtaining the correct work permits after visa issuance to maintain lawful employment status.
