OPERATION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of supervising daily operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and staff activities
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, and site requirements
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure service quality
• Prepare daily reports and update management on progress
• Communicate with clients and resolve site-related issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License (Manual or Automatic) – Mandatory
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations/supervision
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning, facilities management, or manpower operations is an advantage
