Position Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the local operation team.

Provide leadership, manage and improve the company's operational service quality.

Develop and implement strategic operational and business plans.

Negotiate rates and build relationships with the vendors.

Constant operational development while achieving monthly and yearly department targets.

Consistent quarterly review of team members' performance.

Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer expectations are met.

Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.

Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
