Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations for our equipment, events, and rental services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, coordinate teams, manage logistics, and maintain high service standards for all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations for equipment rental, events, and site services.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on time and according to client requirements.
• Ensure all equipment is inspected, maintained, and delivered in good condition.
• Coordinate with clients regarding site requirements, delivery schedules, and operational concerns.
• Lead and manage field staff, technicians, and drivers.
• Oversee loading/unloading, mobilization, and demobilization of equipment.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are strictly followed.
• Support operations managers in improving workflows, cost efficiency, and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabin fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of modular cabins is preferred.
• Extensive experience in maintenance management.
• Familiarity with steel fabrication is a plus.
• Experience managing events is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to control preventive and routine maintenance processes.
• Proven capability in enhancing team skills and improving the quality of finishes.
• Understanding of cost control measures.
• Experience in logistics management.

Personal Attributes:

• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple locations.
• Strong reporting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be available in Qatar with a valid NOC and a driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month
