Responsibilities

To look after the Technical & Operational Issues and Projects in the region.

End to end project delivery comprising of Card Issuance, Acquiring Business, UnionPay cards acceptance, e-Commerce, Remittance, IT Infrastructure, Project Management, Services Management, Pre-sales support, Membership Applications and business operations.

To Maintain the consistency and uniformity during operations management as per UnionPay standards.

Workshop execution and engagement with UnionPay Headquarters team for business support tasks.

Market research and execution of special tasks assigned by UnionPay Headquarters team.

Support to UnionPay Headquarters team by engaging clients for day to day operational issues.
-
Engagement with clients for eliminating single point of failure and infrastructure enhancement.

To Take necessary actions based on the MIS provided by UnionPay Headquarters team.

Acceptance Quality improvement by taking necessary actions based on MIS provided by UnionPay Headquarters team for Declined rates reduction and Approval Rate.

To Mediate between HQ and Clients for testing and certification support.
-
Pivotal role in critical projects specially KPI Projects.

Co-ordination with members for timely submission of updated Regular licenses, AML documentation, Risk Reserve Deposit monitoring (RRD).

Co-ordination and follow up with members for Fraud & AML reported by HQ to follow up with members for investigation into specific transactions, suspension of merchants, etc.

Ongoing new terminal certifications for new and existing members.
Requirements
-
Bachelor`s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years` experience in project management/customer support role in card payment industry, chip card technology, software, financial or information services would be an added advantage.

Good working knowledge of card payment processing systems including message routing, chip card processing, authorization, clearing & settlement and connectivity would be added advantage.

Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.

Ability to write in and speak English fluently.

Strong collaboration and ability to manage as part of a cross functional team.

Able to travel overseas for business.
