Job Purpose

The Operations Retail Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and governing all communications between Head Office and Stores, ensuring clarity, consistency, and execution excellence across the retail network.

The role acts as a central coordination and governance point , ensuring that all communications are structured, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives, while enabling stores to execute efficiently and within defined timelines.
