- An Operations Support Executive ensures smooth daily business flow by coordinating departments, improving processes, managing resources, and monitoring performance, acting as a key link between teams, clients, and vendors to boost efficiency, productivity, and goal alignment through data analysis, SOP implementation, and problem-solving.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks meet standards and deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement changes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Support to streamline operations.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, potentially involving contract negotiation.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality control.
- Problem-Solving: Address operational issues, develop contingency plans, and support management with strategic solutions.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in software (Excel, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor's in Business Admin, Operations, or related field, often preferred.
- Experience: Background in administration, customer service, project support, or analyst roles is valuable.
