WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:

• Supporting daily logistics operations, warehouse activities and stock management;
• Preparing shipments, documentation, proposals and product‑related checks;
• Performing administrative activities and coordinating with HQ and external partners;
• Managing customer service interactions with professionalism and efficiency;
• Executing operational social media tasks and simple graphic activities;
• Ensuring safety, quality and high standards across all operational processes.

THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:

• Strong experience in logistics, warehouse operations and customer service;
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work with AutoCAD (musthave);
• Experience in administrative tasks and operational support;
• Excellent verbal and written English abilities;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and support multiple areas when needed;
• A proactive, handson attitude — including warehouse work when required.
