- Supervise and lead the operations team, including warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and delivery personnel.
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely processing, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and efficiency in logistics processes.
- Track performance metrics such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and productivity, and report findings to management.
- Identify bottlenecks and operational issues, and develop solutions to optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with Customer Service departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational issues promptly.
