Operational Business Analyst

Berryville, United States

At BPG USA, we’re more than just a team; we’re a community of innovators dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service. We specialize in providing one-stop solutions, from prepress through press, binding, finishing, and fulfillment. As we embark on a digital transformation journey, we’re fundamentally redesigning our business processes and adopting cutting-edge technology. This is your chance to be a part of something big!

Why Join Us?

We’re looking for an Operational Business Analyst who’s excited to get into the details of how things actually work — and how they could work better. You’ll partner with our Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to analyze processes, solve problems, and drive smarter, faster, more efficient ways of working.
You’ll be the bridge between operations, systems, and data — helping turn information into action and supporting projects that impact the entire plant.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze business processes and performance data to uncover waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Map current and future-state workflows using tools like Visio — making complex processes visual and understandable.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (production, scheduling, prepress, IT) to design and implement process improvements.
  • Support ERP and system rollouts by documenting requirements, testing functionality, and training users.
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or SQL to track KPIs and project progress.
  • Document and standardize best practices through SOPs, work instructions, and training guides.
  • Assist in leading CI or project-based initiatives — coordinating meetings, following up on actions, and driving accountability.
  • Jump in on special projects that help modernize the business and make day-to-day work smoother.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of operations, continuous improvement, or business analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and a working knowledge of data tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar).
  • Experience creating process maps, SOPs, or workflow documentation.
  • Comfortable working directly with the operations departments and supervisors to understand real issues.
  • Curious and proactive — you take initiative, follow through, and aren’t afraid to challenge “the way it’s always been done.”
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized amid changing demands.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay - $65,000 - $75,000 a year
  • A chance to build your career in process improvement and operations leadership
  • Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative environment that values continuous learning
  • Stable, full-time employment with opportunities to grow

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months, you’ll have:

  • Documented and mapped key production workflows.
  • Supported at least one system or ERP improvement project.
  • Built or improved performance tracking tools for your department.
  • Earned trust across teams as someone who gets things done and adds clarity to complex situations.
