Job Accountabilities:

1. Setting the objectives and the strategies of the Operational Efficiency function in alignment with EGBANK strategic objectives to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

2. Setting KPIs to determine the level of achievements on the required tasks/projects with Clear action plans with specified activities and timelines.

3. Identifying task owners for every requirement with relevant stakeholders.

4. Implement analytics to measure Operations productivity, efficiency & unit cost.

5. Analyze root causes and report defects on process breakdowns to ensure that recommended remedial and correction measures are implemented

6. Follow up on the set target dates to ensure delivery within agreed upon time frame work.

7. Set checking quality plan for the Bank's operations departments to ensure successful implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction levels.

8. Coordinate and set regular meetings with stakeholders to state the ownership and responsibility for the required tasks and also to finalize / set target dates for the pending issues.

9. Provide the Head of Quality Assurance with regular reports reflecting the status of the tasks including target dates, ownership & progress.

10. Review the automated data and reports in order to analyze the main findings and coordinate between the stakeholders to finalize any pending issues

11. Implement approved department policies, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

12.Supervise the team to implement the day-today operations assigned for the department to ensure compliance with the established policies and procedures.

13.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Bank's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks


Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce or any related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, exposure within business areas is to be considered as an asset.
  • Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
  • Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
