What Makes You A Perfect Fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Computer, or Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or other relevant disciplines (Engineering background is preferred),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry,
• Fluency in English,
• Fully conversant with MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Highly innovative, result- and detail-oriented,
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Acting as the Business Leader for Operational Excellence under the Process Management function, ensuring strong collaboration with Operations,
• Driving operational excellence strategy by aligning operational processes with company goals and industry best practices,
• Identifying, leading, and managing improvement initiatives to increase productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction within operations,
• Designing and implementing standardized processes, frameworks, and governance models to ensure sustainability,
• Defining, monitoring, and reporting operational KPIs (turnaround time, SLA adherence, error rates, customer satisfaction, straight-through-processing rates, etc.),
• Partnering with Operations and Process Management teams to identify automation, RPA, and digital transformation opportunities,
• Managing operational process improvement projects by defining roadmaps, aligning with business stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery,
• Acting as a member of the Process Management Team, positioned as a Center of Excellence for innovation and continuous improvement,
• Supporting organizational efficiency through productivity analysis and alignment of process structures with departmental resource planning.
