Job Purpose:

To lead operational excellence initiatives by developing and implementing management operating systems, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and performance across operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Standardize processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce variability.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of Management Operating Systems (MOS) across operational departments.
• Develop operational tools such as dashboards, meeting routines, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and manage improvement requests across departments.
• Identify improvement opportunities, define project priorities, and manage execution to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Present findings, recommendations, and performance reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate workshops, cross-department collaboration, and change management execution.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position.
