Operational Excellence Supervisor

📣 We are looking for an Operational Excellence Supervisor to join our Operations team, working towards making our e-commerce operations more efficient, sustainable, and customer-focused!

In this position, you will carry out process improvement, analysis, and optimization activities across a wide range of areas including logistics, customer service, warehouse management, and supply chain.

💼 What you’ll do?

• Analyze current operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Perform data-driven analyses for process optimization and develop action plans
• Identify bottlenecks in the e-commerce infrastructure (order management, inventory tracking, warehouse processes, etc.) and develop solutions
• Apply continuous improvement (Kaizen), 5S, Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
• Work in coordination with relevant departments within project management to complete projects on time and within budget
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Support automation and digitalization projects
• Model project budgeting and financial processes

✅ Who you are?

• Graduated from relevant engineering departments of universities
• Preferably 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors
• Knowledgeable in process improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
• Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities
• Developed problem-solving and project management skills
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Preferably good command of English
