JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. Their responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards, and developing quality control processes. Establishing policies and continually monitoring proper implementation of them by the governing body of Emkan.


Functional Accountabilities:

  • Prepares departmental reports of EMKAN in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information that they have access to or came across during their employment at EMKAN.
  • Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.
  • Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.


Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive professional experience, in Auto-leasing operations, at a Banking or Financial institution.
  • 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position.
