OPERATIONAL LEAD

Position: Operations Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in inventory and hygiene-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and reporting
• Ensure proper handling and storage of hygiene products
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance

Requirements:

• Experience in the hygiene industry is mandatory
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and reporting

Pay: RO200.000 - RO250.000 per month
