Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

Serve as the principal subject matter expert and advisor to the Project Lead and government stakeholders on all facets of contested logistics.

Provide authoritative guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from shaping data calls and analysis to reviewing the final packaging of recommendations for senior leader decision forums.

Serve as a senior subject matter mentor to the Policy Analyst and other team members, ensuring their work is analytically sound, strategically aligned, and doctrinally correct.

Synthesize diverse inputs (e.g., JLB data, wargames, OPLANs, studies) to provide a unified strategic narrative and inform the project's direction.

Act as the senior subject matter expert within Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and working groups, guiding discussions, validating analytical approaches, and building consensus around findings.

Provide critical SME recommendations for the codification of project findings into unified contested-logistics doctrine, authorities, and interagency constructs.

Qualifications
Required

Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience, Masters degree with 10 years of experience or PhD and 8 years of experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required

8+ years experience of defense logistics policy and statutory frameworks, translating high-level mandates into analytical requirements for project teams

8+ years of experience overseeing defense programs or project teams, leading the briefing of senior government leaders, facilitating expert-level working groups, and authoring the substantive portions of strategic documents
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in public policy, national security, logistics, or related discipline

Experience in a key advisory or influential role on a major project, program, or Integrated Project Team (IPT)

Experience participating in high-level committees, working groups, or policy advisory panels
